Shipping

Standard processing time is 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days within the United States. Expedited options may be offered at checkout when available.

Shipping charges, estimated delivery windows, and any applicable taxes should be shown before the order is placed.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags or packaging when available.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing commonly takes 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

How to start a return

Email info@giecous.online with your order number, item name, and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions and the return address.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items, gift cards, worn apparel, washed apparel, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless required by law.
